Patrick has been an avid sailor since the age of sixteen. He built his first monohull a few years later, which he  sailed around the Mediterranean.

Later, Patrick and his   wife, Pascale, bought a catamaran to fulfill their dream  of sailing around the world. They sailed across the  Atlantic Ocean and worked for the Moorings for four years  as captain and chef aboard Lady Anne II.

Today, Patrick and  Pascale are the Owner/Operators of Lady Anne II and  continue to share the beauty of the Caribbean with their guests. Pascale is a professional gourmet cook who has won  accolades for her preparation of Caribbean and Mediterranean specialities. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners  are always a special culinary experience aboard the  Lady Anne II.
